Accounts
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Gigs
Brands describe a product, idea or item, set a budget and view target, and allow up to 1,000 creators to accept. Brands must own or have rights to what they promote and must not post illegal, misleading or harmful content.
Creator videos
Creators post original videos on their own social accounts, follow platform rules and disclose paid partnerships as the law requires. Creators keep ownership of their videos and grant the brand a licence to reshare them.
Fees and payouts
Vystake keeps a 10% platform fee from each payment. The remaining 90% is paid to creators based on views tracked over 21 days after posting. Fake or bought views lead to removal and loss of payout.
Refunds
Unspent budget, where no creator delivered views, may be refunded to the brand after the campaign closes.
Liability
Vystake connects brands and creators and does not guarantee a specific number of views. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
